Pre-Order & Binding Agreement

By submitting this form, you place a binding pre-order for LODRESSO ISE Limited Edition sneakers (original or co-branded). All orders are subject to confirmation by LODRESSO.

Order Confirmation & Reference Number

Each order receives a unique reference number. This number must be used in all communications.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable in advance. Production begins only after receipt of payment.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is mid-January 2026, approx. 10 days before the ISE Fair in Barcelona.

Billing country and delivery country must always be identical.

Delivery dates are indicative; delays due to customs, suppliers, or force majeure do not entitle to compensation.

Shipping costs and duties (if applicable) are borne by the customer.

VAT Number Requirement

Purchases from LODRESSO are exclusively for B2B customers. A valid VAT number is mandatory for all orders. Orders without a valid VAT number will not be processed.

Final Sale

All sneakers are custom-made and excluded from return or refund. Sizes and logo details provided by the customer are binding.

Co-Branding & Intellectual Property

Logos and artwork provided must be free of third-party rights. The customer bears full responsibility for usage rights. LODRESSO is not liable for infringements.

NFC Options

If the "Individual NFC" option is selected, the customer provides the company URL. LODRESSO is not responsible for the content of external links.

Liability

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Complaints submitted after this period cannot be considered.

LODRESSO's liability is limited exclusively to material defects of the delivered sneakers. Defective items will be replaced; a refund of the purchase price is excluded. No further claims shall apply.

LODRESSO does not assume liability for transport damages.

Privacy

Customer data is processed exclusively for order handling in accordance with the DSGVO (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung). Your data will be stored exclusively for the purpose of processing your order and will not be shared with third parties (except with logistics partners for shipping).

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is St. Gallen, Switzerland.
